Transforming ourselves through connecting with our creativity and playfulness. Strengthening the connection with your family and children.
Connecting with our childhood memories reminds us to be playful, spontaneous, and open. As we age, many of us forget these qualities. However, we have access to these qualities through our parenting experiences and reconnection to our child part. Integrating our childhood parts also influences our children in positive ways.
